We will be looking for pledges to be collected after the ride, we have sponsorship forms where you can sponsor an individual rider, we will be shaking collection cans at strategic points along the route and dreaming up other ways of collecting money. You can send donations to Sam Cann at Thorne Farm, Cheriton Bishop, Exeter, Devon, EX6 6HA making the cheque payable to CF3. Alternatively donations can be made by bank transfer to CF3's account at Nat West sort code 52-30-06 account number 13489313. | Why Sponsor ? | ||
|
We are hoping to raise significant funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, to do this we will be seeking maximum media coverage - this means that anyone who gives us substantial assistance will be seen on tv, local press and the web. We have already appeared on the TV, been interviewed on radio and there have been numerous press articles. As we are attempting to break the record for the youngest cyclist to ride from John O'Groats to Lands End we do expect to be able to get genuine media coverage. We have purchased a high sided van to use as a support vehicle. We will
be putting a highly visible list of major sponsors and significant donations
on the sides. |

| Who has helped so far ? | ||
|
Safeway are helping with food and supplies as well as pledging £500 Frosts are funding all the fuel for the van. Saddles and Paddles have located the exact bikes that we required and are supplying a load of cycle spares for the trip. Signs Express of Exeter have supplied all the signwriting on the van. JAG Communications have helped with publicity and will help with communications. Surf Bay Leisure are lending us a caravan for the trip. TDG have pledged £500. |
